The NADINE Soft Skills Test
An article that includes a questionnaire , p.1913, to be used to evaluate individual's soft skills using an evidence-based methodology. The NADINE MODEL, which was developed as part of Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under the grant agreement No 822601, is addressed to migrants although, the specific model is tranferable and adaptable to all people as it can be used to evaluate soft skills. The user has to define the level of his/her agreement towards several statements describing specific behaviours in different situations using a 5-likert scale.
ENTRECOMP Framework
The Entrepreneurship Competence framework by the European Commission is composed of three interrelated and interconnected competence areas: ‘Ideas and Opportunities,’ ‘Resources,’ and ‘Into Action.’ Each area contains five competences, which collectively form the foundation of entrepreneurship as a competence. These 15 competences are developed through an 8-level progression model and encompass a detailed list of 442 learning outcomes. This framework can be utilized to define parameters for assessing the entrepreneurial competences of learners and citizens.
